Receive Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned device, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
